The used emulsion is transported from the emulsion circulation tank to the emulsion tank by pump. The vertical magnetic filter is installed in the emulsion tank to filter all or part of the used emulsion. The iron powder and oil sludge in the emulsion are precipitated, scraped and drained, and then flow into the waste barrel. The filtered emulsion directly flows back to the emulsion circulation tank through the self-reflux pipeline for continued use.

When the line is shut down to clean and repair the magnetic filter and the emulsion tank, the magnetic filter is directly lifted out of the emulsion tank for maintenance, and then lifted back into the emulsion tank after the repair is completed.The iron powder and sludge produced after filtration by the magnetic rod filter flow into the waste barrel under the operation of the discharge mechanism, and the waste barrel is poured out when it is full.
