According to different strip specifications, materials, tension and zinc pot temperature, and combined with the zinc layer thickness data detection after cooling, adjusting the horizontal moving distance of the correct roller can increase the tension of the strip to control the swing of the strip to achieve the purpose of correcting the plate shape.

 The sink roll device with steering function consists of three parts: the sink roll immersed in zinc liquid, the adjustment system on the surface of zinc liquid and the  frame welding structure . 

The strip tension in the zinc pot is the same as that in the furnace, the small tension often make strip deviate from center, so it is necessary to set up a sink roll device with steering function.

The so-called stabilizing roller mainly plays the role of restricting the swing of the strip steel. The stabilizing roll system is composed of two rollers distributed on both sides of the upper and lower sides.

The upper roller is essentially a position roll, when the lower stabilizing roll moves horizontally forward and backward, the strip will not move. The strip tension is increased by the horizontal movement of the stabilizing roll to ensure the strip stability.In addition, the stable roll also can be moved forward to straighten the strip and improve the plate shape.
