Zinc Pot
The zinc pot is the core of the continuous hot-dip galvanizing unit, responsible for melting zinc ingots, supplying and heating zinc liquid. Its normal operation is a prerequisite for high-quality operation of the unit, which not only determines the coating, but also affects the surface quality of galvanized products.
The main body of the zinc pot is composed of a steel shell and internal refractory bricks; The core of an electromagnetic induction zinc pot is the sensor, which consists of an iron core, coils, and ramming materials. The ramming materials form grooves, which together with the steel shell and flange form an induction heater.
Advantage
1.Stable structure: The steel shell has high strength and can ensure the overall structural reliability.
2.High temperature resistance: Refractory bricks can resist high temperature erosion and extend the service life of zinc pots.
3.Efficient electromagnetic induction: The various components of the sensor work together, and the induction heater produces heat efficiently.
The water-cooled induction body is composed of water-cooled coils, water-cooled steel shells, water-cooled jackets, iron cores, and refractory materials.
The water cooling system takes away heat through the circulation of cooling water, ensuring the safe and stable operation of equipment, extending its lifespan, and improving production efficiency
