Air knife for home appliance board and building material board (standard; on line adjustment of lip gap;Opening width follow up adjustment).
    1. Four cavity and three-layer voltage equalizing net structure, uniform coating, suitable for coating thickness requirement range (both sides): (GI) 40g ~ 600g / M², (GL) 20g ~ 275g / M².

    2. On line at one time to meet all coating thickness requirements.

    3. Closed loop control of zinc layer thickness can be realized.

    4. Automatically adjust the effective opening width of the air knife lip according to the different steel bandwidth

    5. According to different requirements, the function configuration can be reduced.

    6. The content of function configuration can be reduced：
      →Zinc layer thickness closed-loop control.
      →On line adjustment of lip gap (under lip seam clearance line).
      →Automatically adjust the effective opening width of knife lip.
      →Lip seam automatic cleaning (pneumatic).
      →Servo motor + manual is changed to AC motor + manual or pure manual.

Air knife is designed to meet the needs of special customers for ultra-thin zinc layer.

The coating thickness can reach (GL) 15g / M² (both sides) and (GI) 35g / M² (both sides), which can meet the requirement range of coating thickness (both sides): (GL) 15g / M², (GI) 35g ~ 120g / M². (the above parameters are set as belt speed 120 m / min and wind pressure 100 kPa).

 Structural features
    →The upper s stable roll (motorized) and the lower stabilizer roll (manual) are added on the air knife girder.
    →It is better to retain the sink roll in the lead pot and cancel the stabilizing roll in the zinc pot.
