☞ LSW- 250DC-CT/1850 Strip Narrow Lap Single- phase DC Fully Automatic Seam Welder

 

DC welding mode is adopted to avoid the loss of circuit AC inductive reactance effectively and improve the efficiency of power supply and save energy.

Efficient and professional welding heads can better the stability of welding current outputand ensure the weld seam quality.

The SMC pneumatic pressure solenoid proportional control valve is used to carry out the closed-loop control of pressure, with high control precision. The standard AI/AO signal interfaces are connected with PLC to make up the control system.

AC servo drive system is adopted to adjust speed and ensure precise positioning. And the system is connected with PLC by the DP interfaces, which makes the demand signal for stepless speed regulation achieved. By Profibus DP. the following functions can be achieved:remote 1/0 control, human machine operation, pressure automatic control, lap volume automatic control, welding temperature measuring signal, detection of welding power, automatic alignment of the lower welding wheel, grinding of electrode wheel, automatic start stop welding, relative centering control, etc. The interlocking ,protection, emergency stop and PDI and PDO data communication between welder PLC and unit PLC can be achieved by the connection of Profibus DP,hard wiring and PLC.

The thickness of the weld seam is close to that of the weld seam, which facilitates the strips through the conveying roll tables.
 

 

☞ LSW - 200AC-0/1250 Strip Narrow Lap Fully Automatic Seam Welder with Tempering Unit

 

In order to meet the requirements of welding. diagonal block position is adjusted automatically by the asynchronous motor and rotary encoder. And the amount of lap is determined by the position.
The clamp at the inlet is equipped with lap compensation mechanism to ensure the lap uniformity from the beginning to the end of welding and improve the welding quality.

The servo motor drive and edge sensor are adopted to carry out the centering precisely and quickly. The proportional speed control valve is used to adjust the pressure parameters automatically to ensure the stable quality of welding. Vector closed-loop speed control technology is adopted to achieve the high quality control performance.

Data exchange between the welder PLC and the unit PLC is achieved by DP module and cable.

☞ LSW- 200AC- C/1150 High- speed Strip Narrow Lap Automatic Seam Welder

 

Dual channel with four points and pinch roll platform are adopted for centering to the entrance. It is designed as two layers with upper one and lower one, each layer is a complete unit which can save time for threading of the head effectively, So as to reduce the entire welding cycle.

The amount of lap is adjusted manually through diagonal block to conform with the welding requirement. Lap amount compensation mechanism is set on the entry clamp of this system to ensure a steady lap amount from beginning to the end of welding, so that the welding quality is guaranteed as well.

Welding quality is guaranteed through the design of height detection for lower welding wheel and automatic adjusting device.

The welding seam with a thickness close to that of strip is convenient to pass through the transfer roller.

 

 

☞ BSW- 500x2-C/1600 Double Guns Argon Shielded Automatic Welder

 

Two welding guns for MIG argon arc welding use 500PS type welding power produced by Thermadyne whose loading constant rate can reach 100% with good stabiligy and low failure rate.
Drive system of welding tractor uses the variable frequency speed governor of Siemens with an advanced and mature technology of AC frequency control of speed. Performance of the above speed governor is superior and stable with wide speed range and high reliability. Besides, the govermor has a complete internal protection function which provides convenience for connection to other controllers, such as PLC interface. As a result, it is easy to make up the system with an automatic controlling system, which ensures the quality of welding seam.

The welding seam with a thickness close to that of strip is convenient to pass through the transfer roller.
