CFRTP Pipe Production Line Currently on the market we have a lot of large, medium diameter, medium and low pressure pipe, and the application space is very large.

The emerging reinforced material – continuous fiber thermoplastic reinforced with CFRTP, has brought new opportunities to the plastic pipe industry. CFRTP production line is to use the principle of pre-impregnated glass ribbon to increase the strength of the product. It is a more direct and effective new method which can greatly increase the pressure resistance and reduce the cost.

Corrugated Pipe Production Line PVC Single-walled Corrugated Pipe is based on PVC as the main raw material, made by extrusion blow molding. It is a new product that developed in 1970s abroad.

PVC Single-walled Corrugated Pipe uses its ring groove structure to have both rigid Pvc Pipe’s rigidity and hose’s flexibility, so that the pipe has the characteristics of soft within rigid. It can be used to transport certain liquids and gases and as embedded wire casing.

HDPE Double-Wall Corrugated Pipe Production Line HDPE Double-Wall Corrugated Pipe is a new pipe with a ring structure outer wall and smooth inner wall. It was first developed successfully in the early 80s in Germany. After more than 10 years of development and improvement, it has been very mature in the production process and the use of technology. Because of its excellent performance and relatively economical cost, it has been great promoted and widely used in Europe and the United States and other developed countries. 

In China, HDPE Double-wall Corrugated pipe’s promotion and application is in the uptrend stage, and the technical indicators have reached the use of standards. Double wall corrugated pipe wall color is usually blue and black, some brands will use the yellow wall.

PE pipe production line adopts special HDPE/PP pipe efficient extruder. The screw is made with a barrier and mixing head structure. The barrel uses a new slotted barrel, plastic and mixing effect is good, also has large and stable extrusion.

PPR Pipe production Line is mainly used in the production of PPR cold/hot water pipes. In the same Production Line of PPR, it can also be applied to produce PP,PE,PB and PPRC pipes.This line is available to use single extruder to make monochrome pipe, or use multiple extruders to make multi-layer color pipe or color line marked pipe.Equipped with special screw and high quality reducer,have the characteristics of stable extrusion and high speed plasticization.This unit adopts combined spiral machine head, effectively remove the material memory function.And Vacuum calibration and constant temperature control eliminate the pipe stress. 

The whole line is of compact structure,high degree of automation and simple operation, so it is the ideal production equipment.
